2 The Challenge

Gaming cafes are very unique businesses, they are fast paced environment and customers are always looking for rewards and loyalty incentives. This was the problem clearly seen by the founders, they try to use a loyalty/reward program off the shelf. None of the existing platform had the features and functions specific to gaming cafe. 3 The Solution

We built a Web App, Mobile App and Backend

Simpalm is one of the best app development company in Chicago, we designed and developed a web application, two mobile apps and a backend server. The web app is used by store owners for managing customers, promotions and loyalty programs. They push promotions to customers via text messages. The mobile apps are found at gaming cafes and other gaming locations. One mobile app is for customers to check in and see their available rewards. The other mobile app is for location attendants and employees to manage customer profiles. The apps work together to create a seamless process and great experience for business owners to send promotions and for customers to enjoy playing.

Attendant App Features


  • User can sync the iPad to a specific location using the Location ID and Password

Home Dashboard

  • Dashboard shows table list of customers that have logged in at the location that day.
  • Access settings to view location information and re-sync to new location.

Customer Profile

  • View details of a customer’s overall status at the location.
  • View a customer’s available rewards, redeem history, and login history at the location.
  • Send requests to the admin to make the customer a VIP, give a discount, remove reward eligibility, or ban the customer.

Reward Management

  • Manage requests by customers to redeem rewards.
  • Notification pops ups with details of the redeem request.
  • Confirm or deny the request for the customer.
