The team behind Autozroom is a leading automotive retailer, based in Chicago that has been selling a wide range of car parts and accessories for several years reaching customers across different markets. Client was selling on eBay and decided to build their own e-commerce platform to drive more sales and customer retention.

The Challenge.
Recognizing the limitations of relying solely on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook, and Google, they sought a solution that would offer greater control and customization for their shop and a seamless shopping experience for customers. They also searched for a way to showcase their product better, streamline customer transactions, and enhance the user experience and engagement overall.

We develop an e-commerce website and Backend Web Admin Panel.
We partnered with them to develop a custom e-commerce website, a dedicated platform where they can showcase and sell their wide array of automotive products. With the power of their marketplace, they can offer more to clients across the US and offer robust quality-of-life features such as modern design elements, an intuitive user interface, and custom e-commerce functionalities, including secure payment processing, inventory management, order tracking, and more.

Web App Features.

User Account Management.
Users can create and manage their accounts, including their order history and wishlist, as well as edit their profile details and payment methods. We have also created a flow for users to shop as guests without creating an account, accommodating all audiences.

Product Search and Filtering.
Users can find a wide array of automotive parts and vehicles through the use of advanced search functionality as well as the use of a filtering system to narrow down their options such as car make, model, category, and more.

Shopping Cart and Wishlist.
Users can add items to their cart or wishlist for later review. The cart allows users to modify item quantities or remove items before proceeding to checkout.

Order Placement and Checkout.
Users can navigate through a seamless checkout process which includes secure payment options, the ability to select/update shipping and billing information, and automated order confirmation notifications sent to users secured through Stripe.

Admin Dashboard and Inventory Management.
Admins have a unique log-in flow where they can view a modern dashboard to manage inventory, upload/edit product details, mark items as featured or on sale, and track site performance, including traffic and order history all through WordPress.
