The Client.
Client is an American video rental company specializing in DVD, Blu-ray, 4K UHD rentals.
The Challenge.
The existing application on both the stores was written using older coding practice and was not fully optimized for the latest devices. The user interface was not optimized for multiple devices and orientation.
The Solution.
Simpalm has a team of top react native app developers, We engaged our senior programmers to fix the app performance and optimize the code. Our team worked with the UI/UX design team to enhance the UI and built a new User Interface which is intuitive. We added proprietary AI Engine and one off the shelf AI engine to build the multiple algorithms in the app to learn the user behavior and suggest the content and deals. This led to higher in-app purchase and monetization. Improved UIUX increased the user retention and Average Monthly User Time on the App.
